3-day easy returns

You may return most items within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and in their original packaging.

How to return

2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
3. Once received and inspected, we process your refund or exchange.

Exceptions

Customised items (e.g. engraved gifts or personalised greeting cards) and used items are not eligible for return.
